Didtek Valve Group has obtained complete certification, including API6D, ISO9001, Lloyd's CE Model H, Lloyd's UKCA, CU TR-32/010, TS, ISO15848, TA-Luft, and API6FA, API607 fire protection certificate.

Our main products including ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve and butterfly valve etc. The products are widely used in oil, natural gas, chemical industry, oil refining, power plant, storage tank, offshore platform and so on.

The newly built laboratory has the function of analyze the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of materials, as well as a variety of complete NDT inspection technologies such as RT, UT, MT, PT etc.

Gate Valve

Didtek Gate Valve are widely used for all types of applications and are suitable for both above-ground and underground installation.  Not least for underground installations it is paramount to choose the right type of valve to avoid high replacement costs.

Globe Valve

Didtek Globe Valve is a linear motion valve and are primarily designed to stop, start and regulate flow.  The disk of a Globe valve can be totally removed from the flowpath or it can completely close the flowpath.

Check Valve

Didtek Check Valve are used to allow flow through a pipeline in one direction and prevent flow (check) from returning in the opposite direction. Check valves are commonly installed on the discharge side of the pump.   The most important role of a check valve is to act as the automatic shut off valve when the pump stops to prevent draining of the system.

Ball Valve

Didtek Ball Valve are quarter-turn on/off devices.   A pivoting ball in the center of the valve controls the flow of liquid or gas media. The pivoting ball is known as a rotary ball, and it is designed with a hole (a bore) in the center.   A stem on the top of the ball rotates the ball to open or close the valve.   The stem can be turned using manual levers or automation.

Butterfly Valve

Didtek Butterfly Valve is a mechanism that regulates the flow of materials within large pipe diameters by the quarter-turn rotation of a disc.  A rod feeds through the center of a disc and this rod is connected to an actuator that controls the motion of the disc.  The disc position is either parallel or perpendicular to the flow of media.

Forged Steel Valve

Didtek Forged Steel Valve the industry's widest range of forged steel valves.  From stainless steel to carbon steel, common alloys to exotic alloys, we consistently use the highest caliber materials that meet the most stringent of industry codes and specifications.

Wafer Check Valve

Didtek Wafer Check Valve use a swinging disc to allow or block flow.    Their design allows them to be fitted in extremely tight spaces – where the flanged check valve can not be used.    The wafer check valves have molded bodies around the area where the disc opens up.    This is the most important difference between the above two types of valve

Knife Gate Valve

Didtek Knife Gate Valve range in size from 2” to 24” and are available in ductile iron or stainless steel.  These valves are built to our exacting standards.  Our dedicated staff has many years of combined experience in building knife gate valves, and they work hard to provide only the highest quality valves possible.

Cryogenic Valve

Didtek Cryogenic Valve are available in gate valve, globe valve, ball valve and butterfly valve etc. Valves are designed with an extended body for use in cold services to -196 degrees C (-320 degrees F).

Special Material Valve

Didtek Special Material Valve can use special alloys, metals, and materials to manufacture valves, designed to handle extremely corrosive conditions.  These alloys include nickel alloy castings and cast stainless steel, giving you more options on which material best suits your business requirements.

Plug Valve

Didtek Plug Valve usually available in cylindrical or conical shapes, are quarter-turn manual motion valves used for stopping or starting the flow of fluid.  They offer on-off, diverting, as well as basic moderate throttling services.

Control Valve

Didtek Control Valve is a critical part of the control loop. The control valve manipulates a flowing fluid, such as gas, steam, water, or chemical compounds to compensate for the load disturbance and keeps the regulated process variable as close as possible to the desired set point.

Strainer

Didtek Strainer can be defined as a pipe fitting through which liquid is passed for purification, filtering or separation from solid matter; anything used to strain a liquid; any device functioning as a sieve or filter used to prevent solid bodies from mixing in a liquid stream or flow line.

Taylor Valve

Didtek Taylor Valve (three-way reversing valve) can change the gas flow direction, is a special regenerative heating gas valve, suitable for steel works, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries.

Other Valve

Didtek Cast Dome Valve can be used to Mining industry and Non-ferrous metal. Dome valves are suited for fluid flow requiring assured performance, tight shutoff, constant torque and no maintenance.

Actuator and Operation

Didtek valve actuator is a mechanical device that uses a power source to operate a valve. This power source can be electric, pneumatic (compressed air), or hydraulic (the flow of oil). There are two main types of actuators, one for each of the two main types of valves that require them. They are rotary and linear.
