Taylor valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve plate, upper seal, solenoid valve, filter and other parts. When working, the electromagnetic valve controls the changes in the cylinder to drive the piston to reciprocate, and the two valve plates on the piston rod move up and down to control the opening and closing of the air outlet. When the pipeline is opened, the solenoid valve is energized, and when the solenoid valve is de-energized, the outlet pipe will be automatically closed.
Taylor valves are mainly used in various industrial pumps such as mines, power plants, chemical plants, water treatment plants, petroleum, and large lubrication systems (used as edge valves). Use one and prepare one. It consists of an upper and lower valve body connected by square or oval flanges. There are two slurry inlets on the lower valve body, and a slurry outlet on the upper part of the upper valve body. The slurry outlet is sealed in the valve cavity.
The Taylor valve can be closed first and then opened. It is safer to use when used as gas reversing, and can avoid the phenomenon that gas and flue gas cross each other during the reversing process, so that the loss of gas reversing is zero. Compared with the large four-way valve, the pipeline is shorter, which can reduce the pipeline loss when the gas is switched. It has sealing compensation performance, so it is more reliable in sealing.
