The F316 Stainless Steel Manual Lever Operated Flanged Cryogenic Ball Valve is engineered specifically for extreme low-temperature services, such as Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon down to -196℃. Fabricated from premium forged ASTM A182 F316 (CF8M) austenitic stainless steel, the valve maintains exceptional impact toughness and corrosion resistance in sub-zero environments. Featuring an integrated extended bonnet (cryogenic stem extension), it elevates the stem packing away from the cryogenic zone, preventing icing and ensuring reliable stem sealing. Controlled via an ergonomic manual locking lever, this valve provides quick, precise, and safe on/off isolation for cryogenic piping networks.

Cavity Pressure Relief (Self-Relieving): The ball features a pressure-relief hole to prevent dangerous overpressure caused by trapped liquefied gas vaporization inside the body cavity.
