Forged from premium ASTM A182 F11 (1.25% Chromium - 0.5% Molybdenum alloy steel), the valve body delivers exceptional resistance to high-temperature creep, hydrogen attack, and thermal fatigue at temperatures up to $550℃$ . Featuring a full bore (full port) design to eliminate pressure drop and allow pipeline pigging, the robust bolt-sealed flanged body construction ensures superior structural integrity and leak-tight reliability under severe thermal and pressure cycling.
