Constructed with a Super Duplex F60 (UNS S32205/S32760 variant) body and Duplex F51 (UNS S31803) trim, this valve provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The Metal-to-Metal (Hard Seal) design, often enhanced with Tungsten Carbide (TCC) or Stellite coating, ensures zero-leakage performance and long-term durability in abrasive or high-temperature conditions where soft seats would fail.
