Featuring a specialized Extended Bonnet (Heat Dissipation Column), this design protects the stem packing and automated actuators by moving them away from the heat source, ensuring long-term operational integrity. The Metal-to-Metal sealing system utilizes advanced coating technologies, such as Tungsten Carbide (TCC) or Chrome Carbide (CCC), precision-ground to achieve a bubble-tight or Class V/VI shut-off, making it ideal for molten salt, thermal oil, and superheated steam applications.

Design Description
Thermal Extension Bonnet: The elongated stem housing acts as a cooling fin, allowing the heat to dissipate before reaching the packing box, extending the life of the sealing elements and actuators.
Superior Hard Coating (TCC/CCC): The ball and seats are treated with high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) coatings, providing a surface hardness up to HRC 70+ to resist galling and erosion at high temperatures.
Live-Loaded Packing: Utilizes spring-energized graphite packing to compensate for thermal expansion and contraction, maintaining a constant seal during rapid temperature fluctuations.
Spring-Loaded Seats: The metal seats are backed by high-temperature alloy springs (such as Inconel X-750) to ensure consistent contact between the ball and seat even at low line pressures.
Scraper Seat Design (Optional): Designed to "wipe" the ball surface clean of scale or particulates, preventing buildup that could damage the sealing faces.
