The Pneumatic Leakage Class V Ball Valve for Hydrogen is developed for hydrogen production, storage and transportation systems where controlled shut-off and low leakage are critical.
The product page specifies a precision-lapped sealing interface designed around FCI 70-2 Class V shut-off requirements. This is particularly relevant for hydrogen because its small molecular size can make leakage control more demanding than with many conventional process gases.
The current configuration uses a forged F304 stainless steel body, Class 900 pressure rating and DEVLON soft seat. The split-body construction and reinforced sealing materials are intended to withstand repeated pressure changes and demanding gas service.
The valve is positioned for pneumatic automation and hydrogen emergency isolation applications. Anti-static continuity and an anti-blowout stem are included in the design concept to support safer operation in flammable gas systems.

The Class V Hydrogen Ball Valve is intended for high-pressure hydrogen systems where reliable isolation, automation compatibility and controlled leakage performance are important.
Hydrogen Refueling Stations: Suitable for isolation around storage, cascade and dispensing systems subject to the required pressure class and project standards.
Green Hydrogen Electrolyzers: Can be used for compatible hydrogen process lines requiring remote or emergency isolation.
Hydrogen Pipelines: Forged split-body construction supports high-pressure gas isolation in transport and distribution systems.
Hydrogen Storage & Process Skids: Compact quarter-turn operation and automation compatibility make the valve suitable for packaged hydrogen equipment and process modules.
