The WCB Flanged Trunnion Split Body Ball Valve with Gearbox is a heavy-duty isolation valve for oil, gas, water and compatible industrial fluid pipelines.
Its ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel body uses a side-entry split-body construction that provides structural strength while allowing access to internal components for inspection and maintenance.
The precision-machined trunnion-mounted ball is mechanically supported to distribute line-pressure thrust through the trunnion system. This reduces direct loading on the downstream seat and helps maintain controlled gearbox torque.
The listed configuration is DN200, PN25, worm-gear operated and can use PTFE, RPTFE, nylon, PPL, PEEK or other compatible sealing materials. An ISO 5211 mounting interface supports future pneumatic or electric automation where required.
