| Product Detail |
The Marine Engineering Forged Steel Metal-Seated Trunnion Ball Valve represents the pinnacle of flow control technology for offshore and subsea environments. Engineered with a high-density forged body and a metal-to-metal (Hard Seal) interface, this valve is designed to survive the most abrasive and corrosive conditions, such as seawater injection, hydrocarbon processing, and FPSO topside services. Integrated with high-performance Pneumatic or Hydraulic actuators, it provides flexible automation options—whether you need the rapid response of air or the high-torque, compact power of hydraulics—all while ensuring a zero-leakage seal that soft-seated valves simply cannot match.

Design Description
Dual-Actuation Capability: Supports both Pneumatic (for fast action/standard air) and Hydraulic (for high torque/subsea depth) actuators, adapting to various offshore power sources.
Hard-Faced Metal Sealing: The ball and seats are coated with Tungsten Carbide (TCC) or Stellite, achieving a hardness of HRC 70+ to resist erosion from seawater sand and chemical scales.
Marine-Grade Forged Integrity: Forged steel (A105N, F316, or Duplex F51/F53) eliminates casting porosity, providing the high fracture toughness required for thermal cycling and vibration.
Corrosion Protection: External surfaces are typically treated with C5-M (Marine Grade) epoxy coatings or involve specialized materials like Inconel 625 cladding for critical sealing areas.
Trunnion-Mounted Performance: The fixed-ball design ensures stable sealing and low operating torque, even under extreme pressure differentials (up to Class 2500).

Application & Function |
Marine Engineering Pneumatic & Hydraulic Forged Steel Metal-Seated Trunnion Ball Valve are widely utilized in demanding environments due to their superior material properties:
Offshore Platforms: High-pressure seawater cooling and fire-fighting systems.
Subsea Manifolds: Remote hydraulic-operated valves for deepwater flowlines.
FPSO Topsides: Crude oil and gas processing modules where space is limited and reliability is key.
LNG Terminals: Loading and unloading lines requiring fire-safe metal seats.
