The Duplex Alloy F51 Trunnion Ball Valve is a heavy-duty, high-performance flow control solution engineered specifically for aggressive upstream oil and gas environments containing hydrogen sulfide H2S, carbon dioxide CO2, and high chloride concentrations. Fabricated from forged ASTM A182 F51 (UNS S31803 / EN 1.4462) duplex stainless steel, the valve body and internal trim provide an exceptional combination of high mechanical strength and superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and localized pitting. Built with a robust trunnion-mounted design and fully compliant with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standards, this valve guarantees reliable, bubble-tight isolation under severe sour service and high-pressure operating conditions.
