Design Description
Seamless Fully Welded Body: Eliminates body-joint flange leakage paths entirely, offering maximum structural integrity and making it ideal for direct burial or high-stress transmission lines.
Trunnion-Mounted Fixed Ball: The ball is anchored by upper and lower trunnions, minimizing operating torque under high pressures and ensuring smooth, reliable bi-directional sealing.
Double Block and Bleed (DBB): Provides independent isolation of both upstream and downstream seat lines with a vent or bleed facility in the body cavity for integrity verification.
Emergency Sealant Injection: Equipped with emergency grease injection fittings on the stem and seats for quick in-line sealing restoration in case of unexpected seat wear.
