Design Description
F316Ti Stabilized Stainless Steel Body: Titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel ensures high resistance to intergranular corrosion and enhanced stability in chemical and marine environments.
HNBR High-Performance Seats: Hydrogenated Nitrile seats offer superior mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to sour gas ($H_2S$), crude oil, and amine solutions.
Seamless Fully Welded Construction: Completely eliminates body-joint flanges, preventing external leak paths and providing maximum structural rigidity against pipeline bending loads.
Trunnion-Mounted Fixed Ball & DBB: Anchored ball reduces operating torque under pressure, while double block and bleed capability ensures reliable independent isolation.
