The LF2 + Inconel 625 Overlay Trunnion Ball Valve is a heavy-duty, high-integrity isolation solution engineered for severe-service oil, gas, and cryogenic-to-ambient applications. Built with a forged ASTM A350 LF2 body that delivers exceptional low-temperature toughness down to -46℃, the internal wetted surfaces are fully armored with a high-integrity Inconel 625 weld overlay to combat aggressive sour gas H2/CO2 and chloride corrosion. The advanced Lip Seal design—featuring a PTFE seating insert backed by a high-performance Elgiloy alloy spring—provides self-energized, bubble-tight sealing under fluctuating pressures and extreme cyclic conditions. Fully compliant with NACE MR0175 and API 6D standards, this trunnion-mounted valve guarantees maximum reliability in critical upstream and midstream energy projects.
