Integrated Double Block & Bleed (DBB): Dual independent spring-loaded seats lock out both upstream and downstream pressures, allowing the central cavity to be vented or drained to verify seat tightness without interrupting pipeline operation.
Rapid ESD Fail-Safe Actuation: Integrates with spring-return actuators (pneumatic or electro-hydraulic) rated for SIL 2 / SIL 3 loops, executing ultra-fast emergency closure during process upsets or power failures.
Self-Relieving or Double Piston Effect (DPE) Seats: Customizable seat sealing technology with built-in auto-cavity relief mechanisms to prevent catastrophic pressure build-up from thermal expansion.
Fire-Safe & Low Emission Certified: Tested and certified to API 607 / API 6FA fire-safe standards and ISO 15848-1 low fugitive emission requirements, preventing toxic or flammable gas release.
